80 gr Butter cooking
200 gr bacon smoked
400 gr onions
400 gr leek
400 gr carrot
300 gr celery roots
300 gr turnip
10 x vegetables stock powder
4 x seasoning/salt and papper
400gr potatoes braves frozen
400gr bread toast int
120 gr butter for cooking
Pre-preparation:
- paysanne cut all vegetables
- dice bacon into cubes
- cut toast into croutons
- panfry croutons golden brown in butter
- prepare remaining MEP
Preparation:
- Saute bacon, leek and onions in butter
- add vegetables except potatoes and continue sauting
- add stock seasoning and bring to boil
N/B: 1L soup for 4 people
